- Individuals and HUF are required to deduct TDS u/s 194 IB if the monthly rent more than 50000/-
- Upload the 26QC on TIN web site - The tenant not required to obtain TAN number
- Download and issue FORM 16 C with in 15 days to the Landlord.
- Go to https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
- Select FORM 26QC
- Fill the details and make the payment.
