Is land tax receipt mandatory for GST registration for a propitiatory firm? I have already uploaded the rent agreement copy for GST registration, but now I have been shown a SCN asking for the land tax receipt, which my landlord wont give me.

The land tax receipt is mandatory if you're filing rental agreement as a primary document during GST registration. For registration along with rental agreement any of the following documents are required 

property tax Receipt /Muncipal Khata Copy / EB BillSubmit any of the above documents against SCN
