What should I ask my CA about the GST implementation?

Dear Sir,

You may make note following points

1. Make sure that you are migrated to GST registration otherwise request your CA to do that

2. Obtain applicable Tax rates for your enterprise's sale of goods or services

3. Obtain a list of applicable provisions to your entity from the CGST/ IGST act

4. Obtain invoice formates from July 1st onwards for your sale of services or goods.

5 . Obtain a checklist for availing input tax credit.

6. Ask for necessary precautions to be taken for filing returns.

7. Obtain a list of due dates for tax payments and return filings and other statutory compliance s to avoid unnecessary penalties and interests
